Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our App.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of Organizer App, operated by Apar Parmar ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must not use the App.

User Accounts

Account Creation:

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security:

We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You provide your personal information at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

User Responsibilities

Compliance:

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these T&Cs.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

Data Handling and Privacy

Data Collection:

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Data Security:

User-Generated Content

Ownership:

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App and advertisement of the app.

You may submit comments or ideas about the App. By submitting any Idea, you agree that your disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and without restriction, that it will not place us under any fiduciary, confidentiality or other obligation, and that we are free to use the Idea without any additional compensation to you, and/or to disclose the Idea on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.

Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

Fees and Payments

The app is available for free download. However, certain services within the app are payable. To access these paid services, users must pay an amount determined by us, which we reserve the right to change at any time without notice.

All payment processing for payable content within the app is conducted through Apple's In-App Purchase services and processed via RevenueCat. By using our app, you agree to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of both Apple and RevenueCat without any dispute.

Intellectual Property

Ownership:

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to us. Our rights apply to the App and all output and executables of the App.

License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your business purposes in accordance with these T&Cs. You shall not use our app to promote your business or to gain financial advantages.

Limitation of Liability

No Warranty:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE APP INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR SMARTPHONE OR LOSS OF DATA.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or services advertised or offered by a third party. We do not have control of, or liability for, goods or services that are paid for using the Services.

Limitation:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these T&Cs.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these T&Cs or is harmful to other users or to us.

Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the App, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will resolve the issues with the best possible ways.

Legal Compliance

You hereby affirm that you are not located in a country that supports terrorist activities and that you are not affiliated with any terrorist organization or any organization involved in inhumane activities. By making this affirmation, you acknowledge that you will not be eligible for any support from us and that you will not have the right to pursue any legal action against us in this context.

Changes to T&Cs

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. We may or may not notify you of any changes in the new T&Cs on the App. You are solely responsible to check our updated T&Cs periodically. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
